Research interests

My research is mainly concerned with simulation of fluids for computer graphics, but I also have general interests in computer vision (motion tracking, shape from shading), computational fluid dynamics (level set methods mostly), differential geometry and PDEs (and their applications to graphics and vision).

Simulations

  • Simulations using the Extended Marker Level Set method from the Eurographics 2009 paper

  • Simulations using the Marker Level Set method from the Eurographics 2007 paper

  • Simulations of liquid/gas interaction with animated models from the GMOD 2008 paper

  • Simulations of boiling water from the SCA 2006 paper

  • Simulations of breaking waves from the SCA 2004 paper
