I am a Ph.D. student at the Department of Computer Science where my research interests include machine learning, pattern recognition, data mining, algorithms, bioinformatics, and computer vision. I got bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (2002) and M.Sc. in Information and Computer Sciences (2004) from Bauman Moscow University of Technology (Moscow, Russia). I am currently affiliated with Rutgers Sequence Analysis and Modeling Lab (SeqAM).
