I’m a Ph.D.
candidate in the department of Computer Science, Rutgers University advised by Dr. David Madigan. The
focus of my work
is machine learning, and I’m partial to Bayesian approaches. Some of
my past and current work investigates supervised learning in massive data
scenarios (online/streaming algorithms). Another area I’m also
working on is learning problems with structured input data.
Before switching to the
Computer Science Ph. D. program at Rutgers, I got an M.S. (Rutgers) and B.Tech. (IIT-B, India)
in Chemical Engineering.
